Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with HomeKeeperPlus. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

New users may start a 14-day free trial on Pro or Premium plans. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will issue a full refund for that initial payment.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. After the initial 14-day money-back window, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Annual Subscriptions

If we offer annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund of unused months within 30 days of the renewal charge by contacting support.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial-month usage outside the cancellation window.
  • Charges older than 60 days.

6. Service Disruptions

In the event of a prolonged service outage caused by HomeKeeperPlus, we may, at our discretion, issue service credits or prorated refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@homekeeper.app from the address associated with your account. Include your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
